配合adidas Originals by Originals 最新春2010夏系列發布，adidas Originals特別邀請國際著名時裝設計師Jeremy Scott於3月15日進行訪港之旅，並於傍晚時份出席品牌為他在尖沙咀Brother & Sister 內舉行的adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott 訪港之旅私人酒會，並與在場多位明星好友及城中名人玩得非常盡興。身為名設計師好友的Wyman更身穿從未曝光的來季adidas Originals by Originals系列，於酒會上大談時裝經。而正在密羅緊鼓為個人演唱會採排的陳奕迅更專誠抽空到酒會與份屬好友的Jeremy Scott見面，徐濠縈亦以獨特打扮到場，並慶祝品牌最新春夏季系列推出。本地多位新進潮流指標及時裝人如杜如風、周柏豪、楊愛瑾及Mark Ryan 等亦親身與設計師會面，氣氛極之熱鬧！

Q&A Group Session – asked by MC (questions)

1) It’s your second time of visiting HK, how do you find Hong Kong?

- Interesting place I love

- Energetic

- Lots of mixing of the ‘New’ and the ‘old’….old traditions and modern cultures

2) How did you start the adidas Originals by Originals project?

- I first met adidas Originals in 2001….for the "!s!gned" project…then knew people here in adidas and we have collaborations….like launch the ObyO in 2009 Spring/ Summer

3) A lot of people think that the adidas Originals by Originals the best and most fashionable sportswear. How did you get the balance between pure fashion & sportswear when designing this collection? What is your priority in designing sportswear – style or functionality?

- I wanted something with details and style….like what we have seen in high fashions…I just put it in causal sportswear

- Yet it needs to be comfortable

4) As a designer with so many creative ideas, where do you get your inspiration from? How do you refresh yourself for such unlimited creativity?

- Inspiration from my life…I design what I want to wear…

- Music…Movies( I like movies!)…Peoples around you….

5) We are quite familiar with your playful and glamorous style of fashion. And we see you put details and concept of the hi fashion design into your ObyO line. How is the SS1o collection different from the past collections?

- Main difference is I do not have much print this season….like the print tees…

- This season I feature more details like embroidery….rhinestones…as the theme is to be a rockstar…more embellishments are used

6) There are quite a lot of themes in SS10 collection, which seem to be more than the previous collections, like the Torero set, the ruffed shirt, American Footballer and even massive use of lace. Why is it so? What’s the key concept you want to deliver a mong them?

- the theme this season is Rockstar….the inspiration comes from many stars, like Elvis…Michael Jackson …or Prince…or Madonna…and they are all-time- favorite of people!

7) What are the most challenging and fun parts with this adidas Originals by Originals collaboration?

- the challenge is the DEADLINE!! once the current one is nearly done I got to think of the next season ….so the deadline is really tight

8) Which is your favourite piece in ObyO Jeremy Scott in SS10 and in all the previous collections?

- I like the Torero (bullfighter) jacket in SS10, because I haven’t seen such kind of jacket in my life, so wanted to make one. My favorite model of adidas shoes within all the ObyO Jeremy Scott collections - is Attitude – the Wing shoes. Wing shoes are my most proud design in footwear.

9) What would you be if you were not a fashion designer/ DJ?

- I think I’ll be making movies…or visual arts…other designs…

10) Mickey Mouse seems to be a recurring theme to your design (like your 09 Fall collection). Why? What do you like about Mickey Mouse?

- Why DON’T people like MICKEY?! Everyone likes Mickey!

- I think Mickey is an icon…for a Happy...optimistic…and people all knows about it!

- It makes me thinking of like an innocent child

11) What is the best way to dress with JS MICKEY HI, especially on weekends? Do you have the style in mind when you designed the sneaker?

- whatever you want…it’s cool just to be yourselves….you can have it with tee shirts, shorts, skirts…anything.

- If you feel that’s you and it’s comfortable to be!

Interesting things about Jeremy Scott

- has never drunk coffee

- has never smoked a cigarette

- likes drinking green tea with mint

- a vegetarian though grew up on a farm

- relationship with adidas – it’s like a family and it becomes better and better.
